Hi there! I'm a sound designer, composer, audio engineer, and vocalist currently based in NYC!
I've known I love to work with sound and music since my high school garage-rock days, and I've spent my time since then discovering what exactly in that world speaks to me the most! I've found that as a queer individual, I want to use my voice to fight oppression and tell stories that might not get told otherwise. I've been able to do this both through supporting my peers' projects and through my own original work.
My past projects can be found below!

Desert Trip To Nowhere is a name I got off an old t-shirt I bought while visiting my grandparents in Europe. The phrase has no real history or meaning that I could find, and I to this day have no idea what it was doing on that shirt! But I like the phrase, and I've adopted it as my online mantle for my work in sound and music. It's my little one-woman band!
Walk All Over is a play written and directed by Denison student Kee Olandesca. It was put on by the Denison Independent Theater Association (DITA) in November 2024. It tells the stories of those living in postcolonial societies and shows the insidious effects that colonialism still has on those living in postcolonial societies today. The show features 3 oppressor characters and 3 oppressed characters, and the end of the show has the oppressed rising up and banding together to take power back from their oppressors. In this way, the show ends on a really beautiful note of hope, showing the power that strong community and collective resistance can have against societal structures that were built to oppress people.
Down The Rabbit hole was a show written by Natalie Casa and directed by Abby Webster. It was put on by the Denison Independent Theater Association (DITA) in February 2024. Down The Rabbit Hole is an experimental show created to highlight student talent and open up more performance opportunities at Denison University. As a 40-minute stream of consciousness based on the Alice in Wonderland movies, Down The Rabbit Hole takes the audience through a weird, adorable, and at times unsettling journey with the Cheshire Cat as their charismatic tour guide!
In addition to my sound design work for Walk All Over, I composed a 5-piece score meant to accompany specific scenes in the show! I also had the opportunity to music direct student instrumentalists who volunteered to perform these pieces during the show.
An experimental duet between electric guitar and mixed percussion ensemble. Performed with the help of Sean from the grammy-winning ensemble Third Coast Percussion. This piece is meant to portray a relationship between two people who fail to properly communicate with each other. The interactions between the percussionist and guitarist are written to be sparse and short. Even when both instruments play at the same time, they are often counting differently or attempting to establish different moods. While rare moments are created when both parts agree and mesh well with each other, their relationship is overall one of dissonance and of not being able to find where they fit, despite efforts made from both sides to do so.
A piece I composed for a student film as a part of an interdisciplinary collaborative effort between Music and Film professors. Performed by award-winning string quartet ETHEL.
